So called Jimmy’s Shed because of the faithful old stallion that lived here but this is so much more than a shed....this lovely little historical barn is totally secluded and private and has been painstakingly and lovingly restored making the most of all the original features, the fantastic views and the total peace and tranquility. It has been beautifully designed using mainly reclaimed and salvage materials resulting in a truly stunning and unique place to stay! This beautiful barn offers you unspoilt views across open fields. A large enclosed garden. Decking area with a private hot tub(inc in the price) bbq, fire pit and table and chairs. Sitting in the hot tub gazing at the stars you’ll find nowhere better! Inside is an open plan kitchen area with double oven, fridge/freezer, butler’s sink, cupboard space and a drop down table with bar stools for indoor dining next to the wood burner (logs inc in price) There is fresh milk, orange juice and a bottle of wine in the fridge, tea coffee, sugar, crisps and biscuits also supplied! The bed is superking size with bedside tables and a sumptuous feather mattress topper! The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, loo and basin and a handy shelving unit to hold all your toiletries.

Alice was lovely and jimmy shed was lovely and cozy with the fire on, the garden was privet and enclosed for pet. Despite the weather the hot tube was lovely and clean. Was a relaxing weekend and had an amazing time with my partner and dog. Couldn’t recommend enough.
Very Friendly Welcoming on arrival. Clean & quaint converted barn with everything we could need, including a hot tub. Overall a Nice Getaway.
Absolutely gorgeous place to stay, couldn't recommend enough. Eveything we needed for a few nights stay, the bed was ridiculously comfortable and the wood burner made it the cosiest room imaginable. Alice and Charlie were so friendly and welcoming, really went above and beyond to make the place feel like home. They even showed us round their stables, which for horse lovers is an absolute treat. Great views from the patio in the day time and even better for stargazing out of the hot tub at night. The surrounding villages are great with a lovely local art collection and antique shop which a definitely worth a visit!
just returned home after a lovely midweek 2 night break with my partner. we were both after some R&R and that's exactly what we got and wished we had stayed another night. Alice was always responsive from the time of booking at met us when we arrived and showed us round and also my partner has a passion for horses and Alice was showing round her round the stables and getting to meet the horses and foals born that week. We stayed in Jimmy's Stable and it was just perfect. beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and everything we needed and more. The hot tub was used by us and that was lovely to relax in with a glass of proscecco that was supplied by Alice already chilling in the fridge and evenings spent with the woodburner was so cosy and just great. Alice and Charlie are both wonderful hosts and lovely people and nothing was too much trouble and the surrounding area was great for walking round and watching the local wildlife. we will be back for sure. Fantastic little stay! Would highly recommend Jimmy’s Shed. Prior to our arrival, Alice was really helpful and gave instructions on how best to find the place. On arrival, Alice was very friendly, introduced us to the horses and showed us around where we were staying. There was a bottle of Prosecco, crisps and biscuits waiting for us - a nice touch! Everything was as described. It’s a lovely space, the views from the hot tub are amazing, and it was very peaceful. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The lovely historic town of Hingham is 5 minutes by car, it offers a well stocked supermarket, butchers, bakery, chemist, pub, takeaway and even an art gallery! We are ideally situated in central Norfolk making driving to the beautiful unspoilt beaches on the North Norfolk coast and lovely little market towns or the city of Norwich within easy access.
