We stayed over a month and had a great time. Place is as described, nice and clean. Nina's automated messages were sometimes confusing, otherwise communication was great. Walls are thin so if neighbors are loud, you can hear them.

Great stay! This was the perfect location for us - close to the beach, and supermarket, restaurants and cafes on Montana. The apartment is bright, clean, and spacious. And the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The garage was a very tight fit for a small SUV, but there are no parking restrictions on the street. Host was extremely responsive. I texted on a Sunday morning about a random, one-off problem with the Wi-Fi and it was dealt with immediately. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay here for many reasons which I will list out. And there really was only one drawback: you can hear everything in the next apartment. I was not expecting to be able to hear them walking up and down the stairs, the music, etc. The walls are very thin. But if you know about that before booking, you are good to go! What I loved: it was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures. The shower was amazing despite having a "half door". The water pressure was fab as was the temp. The neighborhood was very walkable. The best little coffee shop, Primo Passo, is one block over. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. I parked mostly on the street b/c the garage space was a little tight for my SUV. All in all, I would highly recommend. Nina was very responsive to my questions and you seriously can't beat the location. I walked everywhere!!!

Nina ist immer sehr schnell erreichbar, die Wohnig ist sehr sauber, gross und liegt perfekt, nur 5 min von den Shops in der schönen Montana Ave. Die Betten sind bequem und es hat ein sehr schönes Bad, nur das Wohnzimmer ist etwas dunkel, was im Sommer aber sicher praktisch ist bei der Hitze. Es hat einen hübschen Garten mit Palmen und Rosen, die Wände sind ringhörig. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

I rented this home for a month as an escape from New York City while renovating my kitchen. You cannot beat the location of this wonderful, authentic 1920's home. The furnishings are comfortable (great beds and pillows are key!) and the home is neat and easy to keep clean. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a quick 6 block walk to Palisades Park and the beach. Book it!
