I was looking for a quiet, clean place to relax, journal, etc. The place met those needs very well. It was clean and cute, simple, but not rustic, and had everything that I needed (kitchen utensils, linens, etc). It is on a residential area lake The back is serene, private and quiet. The front is active, but not busy, vibrant and safe. The lake is well used and clean. I was surprised to see so much wildlife … eagles, ducks, geese, many bird species, even a beaver. The kitchen is up-to-date and modern as is the furniture. The bed was extremely comfortable. I think the only thing I was missing was a comfortable chair to face the TV, but I wasn’t there to watch TV. I have spent less for more, but not in town … only in rural areas. I will book here again without hesitation, should I ever need to be in Rochester. I recommend it!

Traveled for medical purposes and spent 4 days even tho the visit was abit unnerving, the stay here made things so relaxing, the views are amazing, along with cute lil critters outback! :) the house is so cozy and welcoming! Had everything we could have needed for our stay. Much appreciated, hope to visit again!

Very clean and beautiful home! Wish the weather had been nicer to be able to enjoy the firepit and lake view. But if I have to come back up here at any point I’d stay here again.

Feel like home. Kitchen was amazing. Beautiful view from the house. Good for a small family.
