We greatly enjoyed our stay in Catalins house. The house is actually better than the pictures and is beautifully decorated with comfortable bed and furniture. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It is in a perfect location to walk to all of the sites in beautiful Dinan. Having a private elevator that opens into the apartment only adds to the feeling of a 5 star hotel. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return here again someday.

Stylish, recent renovation in a historical building. Lovely hotel style amenities like robe and slippers combined with Architectural Digest worthy interior design. The excellent Thursday morning market sprawled at the foot of the building. Catalin was an extraordinarily responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly host. Moderate mustiness typical of historical buildings.

Es el mejor apartamento donde me he alojado nunca. Precioso, moderno, bien ubicado, facilidades para aparcar muy cerca sin coste adicional. Catalin es muy amable y da muchísima información con unas instrucciones claras y pendiente en todo momento si necesitas algo. El baño esta abajo en el otro lado del apartamento pero para unos días no fue problema y compensa totalmente todo lo demás, nos sentimos como en casa. Hay todo tipo de detalles: cápsulas de café, infusiones, azúcar, aceite, especias, detergente, jabón, crema hidratante... y mucho más. Cuando vuelva a Dinan, que es precioso, volveré aqui. Este alojamiento y la maravillosa Dinan es una experiencia que no olvidaremos de nuestro viaje por la Bretaña 😍

Un appartement tout simplement exceptionnel, tant par son emplacement que par la qualité du bien et de ses équipements. Tout est manifestement fait pour que les hôtes se sentent parfaitement bien traités et reçus: Équipements de grande qualité et en parfait état (cuisine et ses ustensiles, salle d'eau, etc), place de parking, ascenseur privé arrivant directement dans l'appartement... Tout cela fait du bien de Catalin un lieu d'exception. À noter que l'état de propreté du logement est - désolé, je me répète - là aussi exceptionnel. Ceci, du sol au plafond, digne d'un hôtel 5*, et en parfaite adéquation avec les équipements et le sens des détails dont fait preuve Catalin. Pour résumer, un logement d'exception dans une ville magnifique :)
