If what defines a value of our property is "location, location, location" - this is a gem that truly hits Šibenik's sweet spot.
Staying here makes you a next-door neighbor to one of Croatia's signature attractions. Šibenik is a historic city in Croatia, located in central Dalmatia where the river Krka flows into the Adriatic Sea. It is the oldest native Croatian town on the shores of the sea. In the middle ages, Dolac was the suburb of Šibenik. Residents were farmers and fishermens. The famous cultural sight of this part of Šibenik is the church of St. Cross, famous for the legend of the cross that floated in the Dolac sea. Inhabitants of Dolac took the cross, built the church (just few steps from us) and put the cross inside the church. By the legend, the cross later bleed.
Our property used to be fishermans house. The house, as whole area, is protected by culture conservators so it was renovated with highest standards to maintain the authentic appearance.
The neighborhood of our property is the Sibenik historical city center with all that it has to offer. The best thing is that you can walk in a couple of minutes to all major attractions, cafes & bars, restaurants, shops, harbor promenade, clubs, parks...
The beach Banj is also very easily accessible, just 5 minutes of walk from our property.

Approx 15 min easy walk along the sea coast from bus or train station.
If you are arriving by car, you can come to the address of apartment (Obala Prvooboraca 27 is nearest location too reach it by car) to leave your luggage. We don’t have private parking spots belonging to the property (because we are situated in medieval historical old town and back in 16th century people didn’t have cars). We don’t reccommend parking around the house because it is not allowed but don’t worry, we have solution for that.
Parking is available in big parking lot 5 minutes of walk from the house...just above beach “Banj”. The adress is Prilaz Tvornici 35. Daily ticket for parking there is 3 € in season (out of season it's free of charge) and you will always find available spots there.
