The shack was a beautiful place to stay. Very cool set up, unique. Wasn’t much to do in the town of Honeoye but, it is a decent location. I would maybe put on the listing that there is no electricity because I assumed by seeing lights that there were. Not a big deal but, some people may want to know it’s run by solar. The solar lights outside that were on the trees were also not working, but not sure why. We LOVED the outside shower, and loved the bed. Loved the fire area. When we checked in, and found there was no electricity, we also found that the power box that is provided was not charged and therefore could not charge our phones overnight. I have backpacking gear and would have brought options. Had a great time with my spouse and do not regret this stay at all! Very nice hosts. Very good idea on their part! :)

Such a great place. A nice relaxing weekend off the grid getting to know the property, surrounding area and the goats! Thank you so much for the wonderful getaway

Loved it! Cozy & peaceful spot close to a ton of great natural wild places. Glad we brought our bikes! Owner was genuinely happy to see guests and kept the estate in beautiful condition. Outdoor Showers are rad! Goats are fun! Please provide a coffee maker or percolator for our next visit. Ha ha!! Luckily we packed our plug in coffee pot from home and stacked some rocks and a box and used the plug at the showers for our morning Joe! Ha ha ha! Improvise! The cabin is off grid but we’ll appointed with lights and comfortable linens on a fabulous bed! You’ll have access to power at the shower as well as water from a hose on other side of building. Lovely fire pit with great seats and trusty grill. We used everything and had a blast! Really cool spot. Saw many deer and a huge teradactyl!! Aka: blue heron!! Cheers for many more years of great memories at your camp!

Scott’s place is very private and a great getaway if you are looking to unplug . The grounds are beautiful with nature all around .
