The designer kitchen has an integrated fridge and dishwasher and beautiful stone benchtops which will meet even the most discerning chef's requirements. There is everything you will need - from coffee machines to sandwich makers and slow cookers. It's all here. In the living area of Eliza Lee One there is a comfy 4 seater lounge with additional seating to enjoy the large screen smart TV with access to Netflix. You can also enjoy a glass of wine or cup of hot chocolate by the slow combustion wood fire on those cold winter nights. Both bathrooms offer underfloor heating and designer amenities are supplied to make your holiday the best it could be. The private balcony offers a BBQ and great views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Downstairs is a double lock-up garage with loads of extra storage space which is plenty large enough for bikes. There is also a 3rd toilet along with a laundry and drying room. Please note that there are stairs up to the front door and 5 stairs separating the main living area and bedrooms.
