Property: Large, beautifully decorated apartment with a patio in the center of Graz. Pros: - Spacious and comfortable for a family with kids. - Close to all attractions. - Lovely patio for relaxing. - Impeccable cleanliness. - High-quality towels and linens. - Well-stocked kitchen. - Excellent host who was responsive and helpful. Cons: - None! Specific examples of things that Juta did to make my stay exceptional: - Gave me a detailed welcome message with all the information I needed to know about the apartment and the neighborhood. - Met me in person and spent time instructing me on how to effectively use the apartment. - Was available to answer my questions via text message or phone call. - Welcomed us with delicious coffee brewed by her brother. Overall, I had an amazing stay at Juta's apartment. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay in Graz.

We loved the appartment, very spacious and clean, perfect for six people.What we didn't like was the host's approach, which made Us feel uncomfortable.She welcomed us in person, which is a rule, and started explaining what part of the appartment we have to use in which way-how we should shower in order not to break the shower, how we should close the kitchen drawer in order not to scratch it, how we should take off our shoes in the corridor of the building due to hygienic reasons, how we have to close the windows if it starts raining, how to throw garbage and recycle it.She came back and told us angrily not to bring plastic kitchen chairs to the terrace.We payed the cleaning fee 70 EUR, but had to wash dishes, throw garbage, which host reminded us last day. As we understand host's need to keep it clean and know that airbnb is not a hotel, her orders and instructions, like we are children, not grown up normal people (30-60y), who would not ruin her apartment, made our stay unpleasant.

Jutta war wie abgesprochen vor Ort bei Ankunft. Einweisung und Übernahme äußerst detailliert und freundlich. Vorheizen im Winter und Detaileinstellungen Wohn- Schlafräume sollten individualisiert abgesprochen werden. Checkout einfach und benutzerfreundlich.
