Clean and convenient to downtown. Neighborhood not the best but we felt comfortably safe. Some road noise especially from motor bikes. Air Conditioning needs attention, very noisy. Limited parking for guest. Overall, it was clean with adequate amount of living space. We enjoyed being close to the university and downtown restaurants. Would stay there again....

Nice stay, I would probably stay again. The home itself was very cute and clean and the hosts were very responsive and friendly! I shared a couple suggestions with them that I believe could help to make guests stays an even better one but overall it was a good stay! I did forget to mention to them the lockbox should be updated or changed to an electronic keypad (I realize this may be more economical for them, but this is I think the first Airbnb I’ve stayed at that did not have an electronic keypad) and my only suggestion for changing it to something of that nature is, do not worry about the hassle of the lockbox as it was very hard to get the heat out and I ended up breaking two of my real nails trying to open it which sounds very petty but it wasn’t the vanity of it I was concerned about as much as it was just painful. Anyhow just a suggestion :) it didn’t ruin my stay.

We were attending a convention at Rupp arena. It was very close to the convention and would be walkable in a pinch but Lyfts and Ubers were always under $10 to and from the center. There was ample parking for all of us which was nice.
