Don’t recommend for solo or female travelers. The unit does not feel safe. Whoever is in charge of maintaining the unit is not looking out for the safety of their guests. The bathroom window was left open the entire time I was at the unit but I didn’t realize it until the next morning. Not even a screen installed, any one could have climbed through while I was asleep or away from the unit. I take my airbnb experiences seriously for my hosts, I wish you could do the same. Not being able to lock up your valuables while away from the unit is even more of a red flag. Just seems like a careless environment. Will not be returning.

The main issue was the lack of security, there was no mention on the listing about this location not having any way to lock the door when you leave. They have a gate in the front that remained open for the duration of our stay and the sliding glass door, that serves as the only entrance to the room, only locks from the inside. This means when you leave for the day, your belongings are left unattended and unsecured. I may have been fine with this arrangement, if there was some kind of notice on the listing but again this seems like a very purposeful exclusion by the hosts which is why I am writing this review. That omittance is not only inconvenient, it is also dangerous. I would not recommend this listing and would encourage people to go somewhere safer and cleaner for comparable prices.

Rented for my uncle who was in town for family reunion. Everyone was pleased with the accommodations and location. Ayesha was very responsive and helpful as a host.
