We had an amazing stay here - would definitely recommend! The tent itself was big and we could comfortably walk around in it. The space is also quiet and peaceful and tucked away in a private corner that's away from the main camp area. The toilets are very clean and the showers are pretty decent w/ hot water for the colder weather. Only thing to note is to bring extra lights if you want the space to be more illuminated but we managed to camp fine with just the torch and light (that's inside the tent) provided by the hosts.

Amazing glamping experience in this quaint town. It has its calm,rustic and chill vibe. 😎 the hosts (Debbie and Seb) made sure we're alight as it was raining heavily during our stay. You can take a hike in Rodney's Pillar which is 15 min drive from the site. Local pub and Spar (convenient store) nearby if you need emergency supplies, food or anything else. They also have a massive area for anyone who have their own tents and camper vans which is great for family and friends over. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful retreat away from the city life.

Schypwll is a nice eco-focused campsite in gorgeous countryside - the setting of the bell tent is very private with its own picnic bench and fire pit/BBQ. The shared bathrooms are fine, kitchen is good for cooking easy food, fridge is a little on the small side for the size of the campsite but useful for milk etc. The tent itself was very comfortable with nice little touches. You can hear and see all sorts of wildlife around the tent, including some friendly cows in the field opposite. The only downside is that the toilets and kitchen are a bit of a walk from the tent, so if you want a quick cuppa it's not right nearby, but the reward you get for being on the edge of the campsite is an uninterrupted view of the countryside - worth it! We were lucky with the weather and saw some lovely sunsets. Seb showed us round the whole campsite when we arrived and was really helpful with recommending things to do locally and nearby pubs. Would recommend this place for those who enjoy camping and want a beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy nature.

This is a gorgeous spot, tucked away from the rest of the site so it feels really private and special. Beautiful views across neighbouring fields and of Admiral Rodney's Pillar. The bell tent itself was clean and comfortable, and Debbie was a lovely and attentive host.

We loved our stay here. The bell tent is cosy and comfortable with lovely views across the countryside and hills beyond. You are in a large private patch tucked away in a quiet corner, a bit like a mini woodland glade!! Lovely to cook over the fire or BBQ each evening, watch the sunset and hear the dawn chorus. The kitchen, toilets and showers available for our use a short walk away were great. Lovely and clean. The location is good for feeling away from it all in the countryside but easy to get to and to travel for sightseeing or days out. The Debbie and Sebastian were wonderful hosts, check in was very easy with a warm welcome. All in all a lovely, peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings. Thank you :)
