Everything was as shown in the pictures. Great communication which made check in easy, and location was within 5-10 minutes to everything. Wifi was really good also. We landed late and the house was lit up when we got there which was very helpful. I would stay here again if I visit Washington in the future.

PROS: The photos pretty accurately reflect the look of the place. Cozy couch and living room chairs. Nice aesthetic with some thoughtful touches (toothbrush, cotton balls, pack and play, etc). CONS: The bedding was not comfortable and the walls are incredibly thin. Throughout our stay, even when the downstairs guests spoke with a very reasonable/normal volume, we could hear every word of the conversation. We are all very deep sleepers, but the walls are just way too thin to rent this out as two separate units. This was a legitimate problem when the downstairs guests were very loud throughout the night. that wasn’t the hosts’ fault, but we did eventually have to walk around outside to the other door and nicely ask them to quiet down after 3am. It should be rented out as a single unit, so guests can stay with others on the same page regarding sleep.

We really wanted to enjoy our 3-week stay, but overall it was a bit disappointing and underwhelming. If you're in the shorter term, 2-4 night stay, this place will suit your needs. First off, we found Tacoma BnB market in general to be difficult and great options feel limited. When we came across Danni's place it appeared looked newly renovated and we were excited. But once you enter you realize that it's mainly just fresh paint. The windows were very dirty/dated, the heating was insufficient during cold days, downstairs renters can be heard through the airducts that are no longer in use, lack of insulation lets the busy Proctor st. road noise right through. There is no washer/dryer, ice maker is disconnected, bathroom is awkwardly tight, scratched up non-stick pans. We've been renting monthly BnB's for years and just found that we often get quite a bit more value for this amount of money spent. Pros are: fast internet, convenient location relative to grocery stores.

Really nice place to stay in Tacoma. Very comfortable and clean, really well organized and decorated. Host were great, fast to respond. Highly recommended.
