Appartement très agréable dans un quartier très calme. Très bien désservi avec le tram 28 mythique au bas de la rue. Pedro est très rèactif et très accueillant. Parfait pour une famille. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce logement ++. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir d échanger avec Pedro.

Beautiful apartment situated in a peaceful street. Perfect for our family (4 persons). Communication with the host was very fluent and instant, very customer oriented and helpfull. We were super satisfied and loved the spacious apartment. Even the beds were comfortable which is often not so obvious. It is easy to highly recommend this apartment. Thank you again Pedro for making our stay succeed.

We stayed at Maria's place with our 2 and 3 year old. The neighbourhood is beautiful and next to an amazing park and playground so it was great for our kids. There is also lots to do there and walkable to the popular tourist destinations. It is right next to the 28 tram stop so it was very convenient. The only thing is our flight arrived very early so the check-in was hard to manage with our young kids. We did inform the host before we booked the place that our arrival time would be early but we still had to wait for the host to come. Perhaps a lock box or self-check in would be more convenient in the future. The host also mentioned that this place is not recommended for children under 6 (which may have been an overlook on my part, I did not see this in the listing description). The apartment is also on the 3rd floor. Overall, the place was nice and clean and my family enjoyed staying there.

Maria's place was great. We stayed there with our two kids and were very comfortable. A great park was within walking distance. The place had everything we needed for a great stay!
