We splurged a little on this place. The house has a great layout and was fantastic for all types of weather - was quite windy when we were there and the inner courtyard was well protected with a fire. Bedrooms are reasonably sized and the master is semi-detached which actually worked quite well for a rental. We put the kitchen to the test and it did great - we had a chef in our group and he gave it the thumbs up. Living area was decent, but not massive - Comfortable for a group but it's one room with kitchen+dining+living so no escaping unless you head outside.

Greens Beach is a beautiful part of Tassie and we were spoilt with the gorgeous weather. The house on the hill was comfortable with the best part being the amazing views! Two small downsides - the many cobwebs and daddy long leg spiders, given the high ceilings this was tricky for us to clean. The second was that the outside wheelie bins were oveflowing when we arrived and were not emptied until after our stay. Jaimie advised to put all rubbish in large bags and store in the gated courtyard. Well stocked pantry and the kitchen had everything we needed. We even had a visit by a couple of local wallabies up on the deck of a morning - delightful!

We had a lovely stay, the house is located a short walk to the beach in a beautiful peaceful location. The views are gorgeous and we had all the space we needed for our family of 6 plus dog. Jaime was a very helpful host and responded quickly to our requests!

We had such a beautiful stay at this gorgeous house. So relaxing, calming, warm and beautiful, highly recommend it

The house was absolutely lovely, beautiful use of materials and fabulous design! Everything was comfortable and easy. Our only disappointment was that pets were not allowed inside the house, despite the listing as pet friendly.
