Beautiful traditional Valencian house located in the municipality of Catarroja just 20 minutes from the center of the city of Valencia. Being located on the outskirts of the big city, this house is ideal to get away from the hustle and bustle of the capital and enjoy a few days of tranquility in the company of family or a group of friends. The house is located in the Huerta Valencia, on the banks of the Albufera. Its harbour is very famous, and thanks to that it became the cradle of the "all i prebe" (typical valencian dish eel-based). The view is incredible and the place is ideal to relax and forget about the daily routine. The view is very wide, because the apartment is located in the historic center, where the buildings are not very tall so you can see the San Miguel Arcángel's Archpestral Church. We hope you will make the best of this amazing structure! This beautiful house has two bedrooms; the first one has a king size bed and the second one has two single beds. There's also a full bathroom with shower, a kitchen equipped with everything you may need and a living room. In the upper floor you will find a terrace with a table and chairs to make the most of the climate of the area, since we enjoy 300 days of sunshine a year. To access the porch you will need to use a staircase, as you can see from the attached photos. We remind our guests to respect the house and the area in general. It's it is absolutely forbidden to organize parties and invite a higher number of people than the one indicated in the ad.
