Lovely place for a group to stay. Immaculate in every way. If I had a very tiny criticism it would be the road to the accommodation from the main road to the club house could do with a resurface, some quite deep pot holes. Apart from that it was lovely and would stay again.

This house was AMAZING! Beautifully presented, with plenty of space and comfortable sofas. The en-suite bathrooms in every room was very convenient - no arguments about who gets the best room as all were fab!! Super comfy beds, great showers, well equipped kitchen. Could not fault a thing - thank you so much! We were so happy to be celebrating the New Year here. Also, thank you for the homemade cake, it was a lovely personal touch! We will definitely recommend to anyone that is in the area.

We had booked Gable cottage for our Xmas stay with the family. Having travelled from Australia, Leanne was flexible with an early check in. The place was well equipped for the 7 of us. When we couldn't work out how to use the ovens and stove, Leanne sent her husband over to give us a demo! We loved our stay and felt right at home and didn't want to leave. There was plenty of space in the cottage, parking, and beautiful surrounds. A short driving distance to the local villages and towns. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a 5 bedroom house each with ensuite (with one of the bedrooms on the ground floor easily accessible for anyone with mobility issues). Thank you for an amazing stay and we hope to be back!

The cottage was super clean and spacious - we really felt like it was a home which we loved. We enjoyed being outside of bath in a quiet area with just birds chirping the mornings, but close enough to the beautiful city of bath. Although I’d recommend this place for anyone, it’s perfect for a group of girls who need enough bathrooms because there’s 5! Showers could have better pressure and temperature from hot to cold needs work but it’s not something that would stop me staying over again! The fresh scones as we entered in the kitchen was a lovely touch. Thanks Leanne for all your help throughout this booking, especially with the flexible check in and check out and being considerate about potential circumstances that could hinder our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I know all girls would love to stay here again!

We had a great weekend in Bath staying here. The (huge) house is brand new with a high level of detail and finish inside to make you feel instantly at home.
