I planned a trip for my mother and my aunt as they drove through Italy and then took the ferry from Italy to Igoumenitsa, Greece. They got to John's place late at night on a dark road in the country about 15 miles from Igoumenitsa. Even though it was late at night, John knew I was worried about my mom getting in to the place so he met them there and explained everything. The house was beautiful and the surroundings even more lovely. It was my mom's favorite place that I booked for her the entire trip. Her pictures and description of the place makes me want to book it again for my family sometime in the future. It's a great place to rest and recover from a long journey. My mom said the beauty of the home and the surroundings made all the stress of the previous day disappear.

i would highly recommend this place if you need peaceful holidays near by sivota, igoumenitsa and plataria!!! it has anything you could think of to have perfect holidays. additionally, Giannis is very friendly and ready to accommodate any of your requests to make your stay even better!! Giannis has definitely gone above and beyond with everything!!! i hope you will enjoy this place as much as we did!!!

Stunning location near the beaches but far enough away from the chaos that you could retreat for a little bit and relax. in the evening, we were all excited to return to our little oasis. It is a property with tons of character, space to relax, and beautiful views. I would highly recommend it. Giannis was a fabulous host and has clearly put a lot of love into the place.

My wife and I have spent two nights at Giannis's house with our two dogs. The house is spacious and clean and has a large garden with olives and oranges. It's located in a peaceful neighborhood and has beautiful mountain views. Giannis was very easy to reach and helped us a lot during our stay!
