Service and Communication was Impeccable. Nazzar and his wife Monica are very nice people and respond to all inquiries pronto. We had a few issues when we first arrived and they were right on them. Nazzar even took us on a tour when we first got here, to give us a lay of the land. The place was clean, the king-size bed is comfortable, there is a large fridge and the Hot water was nice to have, as well as Netflix. The only drawback was, December is a very popular month for Mexican tourists, so the upstairs apartment had many different people coming and going. This would not have been a problem but for the skylight that allows All noice to come down to our apartment. The only blocker is a flimsy piece of plexiglass , that doesn’t cover the whole opening. If a larger piece was installed, that still gave you the natural light, but filled in the whole opening, would greatly improve the noise factor.

el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, estuvo pendiente de la llegada y dándome instrucciones claras para poder llegar, la estancia estuvo muy agradable, zona tranquila, lugar limpio. volvería a rentar ☺️
