We just completed brand new renovations and are excited to offer our cozy and clean private duplex villa to guests, exclusively on AirBNB :) This is an entire unit of a side by side duplex. The villa is yours to enjoy with no shared spaces or areas whatsoever. You will have a dedicated parking spot and even a private patio and backyard to yourself. We are centrally located close to downtown SLC and to Lehi / Silicon Slopes AND to Brighton / Alta skiing areas. LOCATION: The property is centrally located between the city center of Salt Lake to the north, ski areas and canyon hikes to the east, and Silicon Slopes tech center just to the South. The property is also within a couple of minutes to plenty of great places to eat and experience including Top Golf, and Fashion Place Mall, and world class hikes just to name a few. A lot of guests are looking for a place to rest during a layover, or during a road trip on their way along the i15 interstate freeway. We also get a lot of convention attendees. CAPACITY: There are 2 bedrooms: 1) The first room is a beautiful queen bed with luxury linens, luxury fresh sheets, and luxury hypoallergenic pillows. Sleeps 1-2 people. 2) The second room has another beautiful and comfy queen bed dressed with luxury sheets and linens and great hypoallergenic memory foam-fluff-stuffed pillows. Sleeps 1-2 people 3) The couch in the living room can sleep one person as well. It is not a futon or fold-out bed, just a plush and cozy couch. If someone sleeps on it PLEASE let us know so we can provide sheets and blankets to protect the cushions and make cleaning easier. 4) there is a queen size air mattress available in one of the closets and extra linens inside the bedroom bench. Fresh hotel-quality sheets and hotel-quality towels and shower gel/soap are supplied. PARKING There is room for two vehicles. Please park in front of your front door. We will send a photo check-in guide with instructions and photos with more details. KITCHEN: Our kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, kitchen baking tools, rags, scrubbers, coffee maker, Keurig, mixing bowls, etc. Along with that it is a full kitchen with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher and oven WHAT IS INCLUDED: - Washer and dryer + detergent - fresh towels - fresh sheets - shower gel/shampoo - high speed Wi-Fi (50 – 100mps depending on the time of day) - dishwasher with soap - coffee and basic supplies - Keurig with Starbucks (and other flavors) Keurig pouches - Mugs, cups plates, utensils, cookware etc. - Warm in winter (central heating) and pleasantly cool in the summer
