Beautiful apartment in a great location. Gorgeous view of the mountains and city. Amenities include heated pool, gym, sauna and game room. 24 hr guard gated. Walkable to restauarants, super market, coffe shop, barber shop, beauty salon, bar and more. Short taxi to night clubs. Setback from the main road so it avoids the noise of traffic and nearby nightlife. Neighbors are quiet so was able to work remotely no problem. Wifi is fast and could use zoom no problem. Stayed in this building twice in different units. Its a great place. Weather in North Armenia is like California so it felt cool here most of the time in the 70s. In South Armenia it gets really hot and feels like Florida where you need AC. So this place was ideal. Heriberto was great in communicating. Would easily stay again next time I am in town. Five stars

absolutely stunning view, great location, and amazing host, very highly recommended if you're visiting or staying long term in Armenia. the place has everything u need couldn't ask for more
