Sharlung was highly responsive with my specific questions. Her place was super clean and exactly as described. Had everything we needed and the bedrooms were very large. Wonderful stay!!

Logement très bien situé! À environ 15 minutes à pied de la station de train. Logement très propre, mais les tapis sont tachés par endroit. Ce n'est pas très bien insonorisé, mais Sharlung a été aimable et nous a avisé que d'autres visiteurs pourraient nous déranger. Facile de la contacter et stationnement gratuit accessible devant la maison avec le permis de stationnement de la propriétaire. Un bon sejour globalement.

I have been staying with Airbnb hosts for years, and this is my first negative review. My 2 adult daughters and I booked Sharlung's apartment to use as a home base while enjoying the seasonal activities in Salem. Sharlung was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us to the 3 rd floor rental. The apartment was very clean, spacious and nicely equipped, and it seemed like we would enjoy another wonderful stay. Everything was fine when we returned to the apartment until the people renting the 2nd floor listing arrived. The online listing noted quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, and there was also a sign in our apartment repeating this house rule. Unfortunately the 2nd floor party did not abide by the noise rules, and we were subjected to unrelenting noise that went on for hours: screaming, crying, banging on walls, slamming doors, running up and down hardwood staircase floors. It was frightening and prevented us from resting in a space we had paid over $450.00 to enjoy for the night.
