Sinead's house was perfect for us. It was clean, spacious, and was private. The beach's nearby are perfect for a walk and Riverchapel and Courtown are nearby if you need anything. Would highly recommend a stay here.

This is lovely spot in a lovely location. The house is nestled in a large garden with a slightly tropical feel. It has plenty of space for children to play in. There are bean bags, football goal nets & a trampoline. You can watch the children play safely from the decked outdoor eating area & bbq zone as the grounds are enclosed & there is also a gate so there’s lots of privacy. There are tennis courts and a football pitch with goals overlooking the sea & adjacent beach in the grounds of the gated community. There’s also a small private beach with wooden steps to it. There are so many good sandy beaches around that you are spoilt for choice. Sinead gives a run through on her manual. The home is welcoming with all mod cons & nicely decorated with a nice family/tv room upstairs. We hot spotted our fire stick but there are also a load of family friendly DVDs you can watch on a cinema style projector. There’s also a fabulous chess table. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place for a family get-together. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, as it had everything we needed. Quiet, peaceful, great beaches.

Lovely stay, great location & everything exactly as described. A good size house for a great family break. Kids loved all the board games and Lego. Plus the movie nights with dvds projected onto the wall! Having the private beach only 2 mins away was amazing, there was usually nobody else there & we saw seals every day. Also a huge public beach nearby for longer walks. There is also a football pitch with great sea views in the estate, we had some lovely games of football there. Overall a lovely stay - Sinead left great recommendations for nearby restaurants too which was very helpful.

Great house, very good size & space. We were two families with kids each and could live happily together there. The two living spaces and the huge garden meant either family or kids/ adults were not on top of each other. The two beaches (private one with steps and the public beach) were pretty much equal effort to get to and it was great to be able to walk to them both. Overall, would definitely stay again.
