Overall this was a great rental. The loft was just as described in the listing and it had everything we needed. We also felt very safe in this location. The communication with me throughout the rental process was excellent. My only issue was the occasional loud noise from the party buses that departed from the establishment next door. I would definitely recommend.

We had a great time staying here! Stayed 3 nights, and had no complaints. Downtown was a short Uber ride and the area was nice, quiet and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay! Unit was very clean and quiet. Easy .4 mile walk to the Gulch and 1.2 miles to Broadway.

I want to start off by saying I really enjoyed the communication and professionalism of the hosts/hosting company. They had very good descriptions and were very responsive. My issue was more so with the location being next to a freeway and party bus depot. Unfortunately, each night I had trouble sleeping and was frequently woke up by either semi truck driving over the freeway or loud music from the party buses.

We enjoyed our stay. Walked to the Gulch area for great restaurants. A short Uber ride to downtown or a 20 minute stroll.
