Karam and Christopher are great hosts with a wonderful space! They’re super communicative and friendly, and the space itself is beautiful and cozy, with lots of thoughtful touches and attention to detail. Some small things I appreciated were: the water filter pitcher provided inside the fridge (no need for purchasing water with plastic waste), good quality shampoo/conditioner/body wash in scents for both men and women, a handy charging block for multiple devices with all sorts of connections (electric, usb-c, etc), and the hair dryer + diffuser and curling iron were a nice surprise! The space is very conveniently located close to town and the outside shaded veranda is lovely and private. The beach umbrella, chairs and gear were much appreciated! I really couldn’t think of a single thing that I could additionally request- I highly recommend staying with Karam and Christopher! Mahalo!

For my first solo trip Karam made this trip super easy for me! The place was exactly as described. Extra towels extra sheets, soap, shampoo, conditioner was provided if needed. The parking was super convenient. I love that they had beach gear so going to the beach I felt like a regular and not a tourist (cause those beaches don’t offer chairs umbrella etc). I got a beautiful view of the sunset at the corner of the block if you walk down. Driving distance most restaurants shops etc is only 10 mins away! Karam is vey responsive and active in our chats. Made me feel like home away from home. If I had to recommend this place it’s def worth it

Karam's place is great value for the money. It is clean and well equipped for what you could need. We only stayed 1 night but it worked perfectly for my wife and I as we needed a place due to a flight change. Close enough to everything in Kona and the airport, great place overall.

Karam and Christopher were friendly, helpful hosts. The place is comfortable, quiet and attractive. Well stocked with bathroom and kitchen basics. Lovely patio and front garden. Perfect for 1-2 people who want to be away from crowds. The location is quiet but close to main roads, very convenient for the whole Kona coast--if you have a car. We appreciated the snorkelling gear and comfortable mattress.
