Chris’s rental was great for our long weekend. It was perfect size for everyone and very easy for us to walk to the beach. The construction was a bit of a nuisance but work was minimal during our stay. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard.

Chris is a great host and very responsive. We asked if we could have later checkout, which he happily agreed to. As others, and the listing mentions, there is construction across the street. It is mostly quiet though and did not bother us at all. The house is fantastic. 5 beds and a spacious kitchen with a huge backyard. Definitely a nice find in VB. I will definitely book again.

We rented for Thanksgiving and love the location as it was in close proximity to my in-laws. We had plenty of space and no issues with the construction across the street. I would recommend Chris’s place in the summertime, especially given the close proximity to the beach. We’ll consider his property again if/when we travel to the area.

Had a funky smell and squeaky beds, but mostly we had a good visit. Easily walkable to the beach and coffee shops/restaurants/ice cream. Huge construction site (even working on the weekend) in and across the street. One bedroom was too tight to fit a pack n play. Noisy rooftop event space next door. Nice big backyard. Chris was accommodating about our last minute reservation. Thanks!
