I was just looking for a place to get a good night’s rest on a long drive. Lily responded to my short notice request immediately and was flexible on my arrival time. Very quiet and restful. Exactly what I needed.

Honestly, I never write bad reviews but I don't want someone else to be catfished like I was. First of all the host was very friendly & my issues have nothing to do with her response time. When I arrived from work all I wanted to do was take a shower. However, the shower head was broken and the bathroom was dirty with mold & mildew on the bottom tiles. The shower bottom was just black foam & definitely not up to code or sanitation. I told the host immediately the shower head wasn't working which she replaced with another shower head that didn't work. The "new" shower head had water spraying everywhere & was leaking. So the host gave me a pink basin & told me to put it under the shower so excess water didn't leak to the basement. At this point she saw my face and said I could use the other shower which is not what I paid for... i paid for a private bathroom. The other guest bathroom was shared w/ multiple ppl & although nicer it was dirty with hair and pubes all on the floor. Also NO TV
