Chad and Sandy were lovely hosts and very friendly and helpful. The studio was comfortable (fabulous bed, linens, tv, sound system, shower) with a nice kitchen that had the basics. The space was smaller than I anticipated, which was fine for me and my small dog, but a bit challenging when my mom came to stay half-way through my month long stay. The couch wasn’t comfortable as a second bed, so we used an inflatable mattress as a second bed. Definitely don’t recommend the space for more than 2 people. I liked the neighborhood and it was very quiet, easy parking, and close (by car) to a lot. I feel like the price was a little steep given the size of the space and the fact that it was at the back of the main property and appeared to be a converted garage, but I also understand that Bay Area rents are high and Airbnb rates can be even higher. Overall, the stay was great and definitely worth it for all the memories! Thanks, Chad and Sandy!

Airbnb at its best. Chad and Sandy are very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful stay and will stay in contact. The space was clean, spacious, and welcoming. Great location. Couldn’t ask for more.

Unfortunately, there was ongoing major and loud construction happening that had not been indicated in the listing or communicated to me by the host. I had initially booked for 17 days but had to cancel after waking up to jackhammer noise at 8 am. This was a huge inconvenience, as I had to take half a day off to move to another Airbnb, after spending the entire day and night before trying to find a new place. I did eventually get a refund. The Wi-Fi connection was also problematic; a couple of times, I experienced very low download speeds that eventually cut out completely. Chad rebooted the router on both occasions, which seemed to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, he also didn't communicate with me regarding parking, so my car was blocked off in the driveway by his car, as there was nowhere to park on the block due to the construction. Overall, the lack of communication and transparency from this host was the biggest issue. The place could be great when things are calmer.

This place was sweet and met all my needs! The outdoor area was a particular gem . Chad was easy to communicate with. The title space room is accurate in that everything is all one room. You could watch your pot boil on the stove from the bed. So it was great for me as an individual person but I think would be pretty difficult with family or more than a couple.
