We really enjoyed the quiet idyllic gardens and beautiful views from the rooftop deck. Quaint, comfortable casita with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Roxane was very warm and helpful and we really appreciated the use of the bikes to explore Malque and surrounding areas! Gracias por todo!!

The Casita was wonderful. The rooftop is the icing on the cake. We walked to the beach to swim and watch the sunset almost daily. Roxanne and her family were welcoming and helpful, especially during my unexpected medical event. We are grateful to have enjoyed her accommodations and hospitality. And Don Gato. 😊

Roxane is a Super Host, friendly, welcoming and resourceful. The casita is beautifully designed and decorated, and very comfortable. The garden and sheltered rooftop provide a relaxing environment. The location is perfect for easy access to the beach, the lagoon, the weekly market and downtown Melaque.

Bel accueil. Roxane, une hôtesse formidable. Généreuse, attentionnée, sympathique. Un environnement superbe. Jardin, toiles sur les murs, multiples petites zones de vie. Possibilité d'aller sur le toit. Petit déjeuner en regardant les oiseaux. Lire et faire la sieste alors qu'une délicieuse brise nous rafraîchit. Du toit on voit la mer, à deux pâté de maison. Possibilité d'utiliser les chaises et le parasol pour la plage. Pour les superbes couchers de soleil. Également Vélo disponible. Très jolie Casita, lumineuse, fraîche, agréable à vivre. Absolument toute équipée. Même une machine à expresso! Quartier paisible et en même temps pas très loin du Centro et de West Melaque pour plus de vie, plus de monde, de musique, ou pour faire ses courses. En autobus local ou en taxi, très facile de se rendre dans les villages ou à des plages voisines. Bref, on y revient avec de beaux souvenirs, de farniente, de petits voyages dans les environs, de mer et de ciel magnifiques.

It was very nice that we were greeted with a bottle of red wine. The casita had everything you could possibly need. We did find that we had to move things to find room to store clothing for two people. The hot water for the shower did not work on our first morning. Fortunately the owner was there to fix it. The wifi specific to the casita wasn't working. It was not fixed while we were there. We were able to get by using the wifi for the main house but it wasn't very fast. The doorbell for the gate kept ringing at 5 am one night with no one there. We unplugged it until the morning. The next night, at 9 pm, the housecleaner and her husband attempted to let themselves in to clean. It was surprising as it was two days before our checkout. We were able to communicate with Roxanne who explained the misunderstanding. Overall we had a good stay in spite of the minor problems. Don't go to small town Mexico without expecting a few bumps in the road!
