This was a convenient and enjoyable place to stay overall! It's a private apt located in the back of a home of a lovely man that is only occasionally there. You have complete privacy and exclusive use to the back deck and pool. The covered patio is cool and comfortable, & the pool was sparkling clean and refreshing. When you're "home" you'll spend most your time here, as we did. The inside is very simple, and could use some updating. We're not fussy people so this did not faze us, but if you're expecting luxury sleeping accommodations, this would be more on par with a motel stay. But, it definitely has all you need for a "home base" while exploring Puerto Rico. Bring your own coffee & condiments- not provided. Location was great! We loved the little town of Las Croabas. Walkable- and sweet! Perf mix of tourists & locals, great family atmosphere. We loved Ocean View restaurant & Rinco del Faro. Make reservations in advance for Las Vistas cafe. Def better than Luquillo or a hotel

Private pool and outdoor dining area was great! The inside is darker and less comfy than we imagined, but we spent most of our time on the patio near the pool. The second half bath is outdoors, which worked out OK for our family but surprised us. Super close to 7 seas beach and the nearby park!

What a phenomenal stay so grateful for having the experience of staying in this place my family and I enjoyed every part of the stay. A rooster gave birth in back yard my daughters couldn’t have have a better thrilling experience
