此空间适合小型聚会、会议、弹出窗口等。没有淋浴间。这里没有卧室，也没有床。1201 Center Little Rock, AR这是一栋现代化的建筑，位于相马/市中心街区！！！街边免费停车。小厨房配备微波炉和全尺寸冰箱。后面有一个小型私人露台。退房时间：中午12点。最多可容纳50人，有30把折叠椅和6张6英尺的桌子。必须自带床上用品或从派对时间租赁公司（ Party Time Rentals ）租赁这个空间有一个开放式楼层平面图，可容纳30位房客。一个无障碍卫生间。大楼后面有一个带门禁的小露台区域。

Javonne was a wonderful host. She was very accommodating, and worked with my schedule. If you ever need a venue for 50 people or less I highly recommend using her location.
