On the second floor (sloping ceilings) are located 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Furthermore, there is the annex where on the ground floor are found the living/dining room with fireplace, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Villa Alcantara is equipped with all kind of comforts such as: wi-fi, TV, DVD/CD player, fully equipped kitchens with oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Rental rules A 30% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date. Minimum stay 7 nights; Arrival day: Saturday only from 22/06 to 30/08 Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00 (early checkout € 30). Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (to pay on arrival). A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
