My husband and I had a wonderful time. Tracie was very responsive. Everything was just as described and much more. The property is peaceful and picturesque. We crabbed, fished( my husband caught his first red fish) and watched the birds and all the other wildlife. Tracie had everything that we needed available. All we needed to do was bring food and clothing. This is the best vacation my husband and I have ever had. We will definitely be back!
A beautiful setting to relax and break free from daily life. Tracie was super helpful and responsive always. A real slice of heaven and a great 4 days to recharge our batteries at the creek house.
Great location with amazing views! The cottage is cute and cozy and has everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back one day.
If you’re seeking rest and rejuvenation, look no further than this magical cottage in the low country! The scenery was stunning, the property was incredibly private, and the cottage was perfectly cozy. We made three meals a day using the well stocked kitchen and stayed hydrated with the extra gallons of water Tracie provided. The sunsets were captivating and, since we were lucky enough to be there around the full moon, the nighttime beauty was breathtaking too. We enjoyed making a fire and will have to come back when it’s a little warmer so we can make use of the kayaks and other water activities. Tracie has cultivated a really special place here! She responded super quickly and was flexible with arrival/departure. We are so happy we chose this cottage as our first trip with our 3 month old!
A quiet neighborhood with 8 full time families. Loud music and parties are not allowed.
自我介绍
I was born in Texas, grew up in Colorado and moved to the Lowcountry in 2001 with my husband Paul. Paul was born in Asheville, NC and we met at Auburn University. His family introduced me to The Lowcountry in 1998. We have 2 daughters, 2 dogs, and have been searching for The Creek House for almost 20 years. We finally found our “Much Sneed’ed Vacation” in June 2020. After I moved to Auburn and met my awesome husband, I always missed the Fall in Colorado. I was searching for a place that could give me the “Fall Vibe” similar to what it was like in Pagosa Springs, CO. When we finally moved here after 9/11 I started to watch the marsh change just like the “quakies” in the Rocky Mountains. Instead of looking up towards the San Juan mtns to see the vibrant colors change, I started looking down at the marsh and realized it was exactly the same!! Instead of fly fishing for rainbow trout I fell in love with fly fishing for redfish. We love the outdoors, birding, spending time on the dock and around the campfire. The Creek House has a very special vibe to it that guests will feel. There is an old soul to this magical piece of land. Paul and I are so excited to share it with others.
