The staff were very helpful and the cleaning of the room daily was nice, however, the place was basically a cheap hotel. The windows were very thin, and the condensation came in as well as rain and wet the floor. Also, the window faces the soccer stadium and a school yard, so every morning, noon and night, there was the sound of soccer games. One night there was a game until 12:30 that kept us awake. Strangely, the doors have a window panel above then, so anytime someone walks into the hallway, the light automatically turns on and shines brightly into each room. The walls are paper thin, so any talking in the hallway is heard clearly in each hotel room. The light and noise from the hall was horrible! We actually asked to change to the 4th floor where there was less traffic because the first night we were on the 2nd floor and were constantly woken up from lights and speaking. The bed in the original room we were given was so bad that we asked to change rooms. Not really recommended.

J’ai passé une superbe nuit dans ce petit hôtel central d’Aguas Calientes. Il était propre et clean (essuies et litterie nickel). Il se site à 4 minutes à pieds de la gare et du parking des bus pour monter au Macchu Picchu ! Le matin je suis partie avant le déjeuner alors j’ai pu demandé une box pour l’avoir avec moi la journée. C’était compris dans le prix et délicieux ! Sandwich fait maison, banane, fruit de la passion, jus, biscuits et crackers. Délice, merci encore. Je recommande vivement si vous êtes de passage.

Great place. Great view. Bed was very hard but it was no problem. Breakfast was included but it wasn’t much, my only complaint.

When we arrived there was a problem with the hot water at the location we had chosen. Ronald did not even check us in. He quickly redirected us to one of his other hostels and made sure we were taken care of. The location was amazing and the breakfast was even better. Thank you so much for taking care of us. Will recommend and also will return! Thank you.
