Many thanks Yuki and Charles for being such a great hosts! The unit was clean, neat and had absolutely all needed amenities (kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer etc.). We were travelling in 2 and for us it felt really spacious. Million thanks for sharing how-to-check in, checkout, park etc. guide upfront, it was extremely helpful and we did not need to spend a minute guessing how this or that thing works, as everything had been documented greatly. The location of the lodge is great, as restaurants, bars are located in walking distance, also it is super close by car to Banff. Yuki and Charles were great hosts. Very proactive and attentive to potential needs that may have arisen. Their unit is the perfect combination between affordability, location, and entertainment, with a short drive away from the town of Banff and the park itself. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing staying and it was more than we expected and also Yuki and Charles are always helpful and they understand our situation we really enjoy stay there. the hot tub was amazing and the location are so close to banff we will back!
