Welcome to Cocktail Cove! This 4 bedroom 2 bath house has been newly remodeled and we are excited to share it with you! You couldn’t ask for a better location when visiting Lake Cumberland! Located in Jamestown, KY, we are only 2 miles from Jamestown Marina, 2 miles from Lily Creek boat ramp, and just 5 miles from the town of Russell Springs. Literally everything you need is just minutes away! You’ll love the location, but we’ve really gone above and beyond to create a rental home that has everything you could need for a great stay. We’ve included all the amenities you’ve come to expect from a great Airbnb including a Blackstone griddle, a Keurig with K-cups, sugar packets, and creamers, great WiFi, plenty of boat parking, and a fire pit with firewood on site! You’ll love the screened in porch, it’s our favorite place to start the morning and wind down after a long day on the water.

I enjoyed my time here. Weekend fishing trip was made easy as Lilly Creek boat ramp was 5 mins away and Jamestown Marina right down the street. The marina does not do overnight slip rentals but the boat ramp was easy enough. Would stay here again!
We had a racing event that we went to watch at Cumberland drag strip and it was 10 mins away. I asked before i book and they were very responsive when i asked. Exactly what we needed with 2 couples and 2 single people. Everyone enjoyed it and was comfortable!
I travel a real lot primarily on fishing trips. I always look for Airbnb type of properties. I have stayed in many, and I’m usually very satisfied, but this property exceeded anything I’ve ever used. It was very convenient located to where I needed to go every morning, The house was great just great nicely decorated very friendly, great for five fishermen, but I can just imagine how great it would be for a group of people various couples going away to have fun and party. I would recommend this location to anyone. Very clean nice furniture. Nice furniture. Somany times furniture can look old in these places, not this location. This was just fantastic. Just absolutely fantastic.
Great place very easy to get the boat in and out as well as being very close to Jamestown marina.
Josh and Leah were amazing hosts. Josh was very responsive to messages and very friendly and helpful. This was the perfect home for our family getaway with three teenage boys. Everyone had their space and it was very comfortable! We really enjoyed relaxing to music with the Google home device while others played a game of chess. The kitchen was well stocked and all of the furniture was super comfy. The only things that could have made it better were more washcloths (there were only three old worn washcloths), but Josh was apologetic and stated that he planned to get more. And the ice maker was not working. So we needed to buy bagged ice. But overall it was a beautiful and comfortable stay and we would definitely book it again if we are in the area.

Harbor Springs is one of the best neighborhoods in Jamestown. It is great for listening to birds in the mornings on your walk or on the covered porch with your coffee. Lots of trees make for plenty of privacy and give you that secluded feeling while also being part of a very family friendly neighborhood.
