Ivan nous vous remercions beaucoup pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La literie était superbe, nous avons très bien dormi, pas de bruit aux alentours. Siamo stati 4 notti in questo appartamento. Ci siamo trovati bene, era pulito e accogliente. rapporto Qualità prezzo ottimi e distante circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla zona piu “attiva” della città. Ottimo air bnb

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti, Ivan è stato molto gentile e flessibile per il check in. L’appartamento è semplice e in una buona posizione, in linea con ció che cercavamo. Buon prezzo.

the apartment was good for the price. Its walkable distance to basically anywhere in the city. There was no iron or kettle in the apartment when we arrived, but after messaging Ivan he brought us brand new items the same day. Thank you again, you were very kind :)

Ausgezeichneter und äusserst hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Alles was es braucht war vorhanden, allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sauber, genügend Frottee-und Küchenwäsche. Für Personen, die nicht Treppen steigen können oder wollen, nicht geeignet, für mich problemlos. Eine Familie im Haus hat ein Baby, das sehr häufig schreit. Vom Gastgeber wurde jedoch sofort abgeklärt, ob es da ein ernsthaftes Problem gibt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
