Nice and simple accommodation that has all the basics and just what you need to enjoy a few days in the Peak District, or to visit family nearby which is what we were in the area for! Modern bathroom with big bath and a good shower.

We had a lovely stay in Tom’s very clean house with all the amenities we needed. Lovely bedroom with skylights at the top of the 3 story building. Very clean bathroom, kitchen & rest of the house. Bedrooms very spacious & close to a really fab retail park with fountains & a giant giraffe the kids loved. Thank you x

Communication with Tom was great. House was short walk to a local reservoir and shops were a few minutes drive for the shops. House was clean, lovely bath and shower. Some small signs of wear and tear around the house but it was comfortable, especially the recliner chairs. Overall enjoyed our stay!

It was lovely to stay at Tom’s place. It’s affordable and a nice area. The car garage being right in front of the house was a bonus as we had car issues due to our long journey! Thanks :)

For us the proximity for our family visit is the number one priority. We have stayed here several times and the cleanliness is second to none, everything you could want is in the property. Tom is excellent with communication, which again for us is important. Would have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.
