This was a great choice for a three-day golfing buddies trip to Bandon Dunes with four guys wanting separate bedrooms and a very large screen smart TV for watching sports. In a pinch, the house should also work well for up to 8 people or a large family. The house is fairly large although the living room only has the two couches for seating. One of the couches has two powered reclining seats and the other couch has mechanical recliners that are not currently operational. We found all of the beds to be very comfortable and the house was pretty much spotless and well-cared for. The kitchen was reasonably well-equipped although it was lacking a garbage disposal and we could have used a coffee bean grinder. Our only other very minor critique would be the light-weight bath towels. Since this was a golfing trip to Bandon Dunes, we did not have time to explore the beach, but it would have been nice to have a map showing the nearest walkable beach access. Presumably, it was a few blocks away.

Perfect home for family gathering. Quiet neighborhood with easy walk to beach. Home was clean comfortable and adequately stocked. We will definitely return.
