We found Marjorie’s place at great value for the price we paid. It is a rustic fishing cabin with a lot of charm. We especially found the kitchen very cute. Very relaxing and easy to decompress. it got a little warm on the second day and the AC wasn’t working, but it was the beginning of the season and we understood I let Marjorie know when she said she would take care of it we will definitely be back

One of the most peaceful and energizing stays I have had the privilege of experiencing. I travel a lot using airbnbs, and I specifically look for airbnbs with docks and sunrise views. This house has topped all my charts. Everything about is incredible and magical. I woke up everyday to watch the sunrise from the bed and the second floor dock. It was healing, grounding and eye opening. There are so many beautiful birds that flew over the house. It is bird watching heaven! - The decorations are colorful and cheery. - The bed is comfy. - The house is clean. - The kitchen is truly fully stocked, I travel with my own kitchen stuff because you never know what people mean by fully stocked, but this house truly has everything you need to cook (just bring your own spices). Ten out of five stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I will be coming back for sure!

Our stay was truly memorable and enjoyable. The location was surrounded by scenic beauty and provided a serene and peaceful environment, which was exactly what we were looking for. We were pleasantly surprised by the clear directions, which helped us quickly locate the area and navigate our way to the accommodation. The instructions for accessing the area were also clear and helpful, which made our check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway.

This cottage has so much potential-it sits just off the water on a beautiful, private estate-like plot of land and is decorated in a very artsy, country-sheik style. Unfortunately, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months-there was visible dirt in all the corners, along all the baseboard and windowsills, cobwebs strewn about and dead bugs everywhere! There was even dried food on the inside of a bowl that was in the cupboard, smudges on all the appliances and the 2 meager pans available to cook in were scratched so badly, the Teflon was flaking and stuck on the surface. We couldn't shower as the shower head was crusted with rust (and filth?). We came in late, after dark, so ended up staying one night but left as soon as we could the next morning. AirBnB was very accommodating, giving all of our money back plus a discount coupon. If the place was just (very) thoroughly cleaned, it would be a great retreat!
