Amazing experience with a few glitches but will definitely stay here again. The place is spacious and in a good location. The beds were confortable the water was hot and the ACs. cold. Gloria the cook is awesome. But the resort is what made this home perfect and enjoyable for us. Guacalito is at the top of its class when it comes to privacy and exclusivity. The restaurant is top notch and the service was exceptional. A couple of glitches; the home was a bit dirty, but we pointed it out to the cleaning lady and she took care of it; the cameras in the main areas were not disclosed by the host. She said they were off but a couple of nights they were turned on. This made us uncomfortable. The pots and pans were worn out and in need of replacement and one of the bedrooms had an unbearable moldy smell. Thankfully we only used its bathroom. The wifi was great most days. Karen was responsive and fixed any issues and helped us arrange massages and transportation. Overall great experience.

We had a great time at Villa Portofino. Karen was a very helpful and a great host.
