This was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. It was so close to the water that it felt like looking out of a houseboat. We loved hearing the waves all night through the bedroom window and watching the water throughout the day. Our dog was so happy and calm here, too. It was so serene and peaceful. The place is well-stocked with games, movies, and kitchen necessities. And it was pristine. I hope we’re able to return!

Amanda’s lakeside cottage was amazing! The weather didn’t cooperate but we still were able to enjoy an evening on the patio by the fire pit. We also got a slight break in the clouds for about 20 minutes to observe the amazing view of the Milky Way and millions of star! The location was amazing! I can’t wait to go back in the summer and hopefully better weather will allow us to enjoy all the outdoor activities the area provides.

Blue haven was beautiful and wonderful for a perfect fall get away with close friends. We enjoyed how fully stocked the kitchen was with an array of pots and pans, utensils, spices, and gadgets! In addition, we loved that there were extra beach towels and quilts for enjoying the cool Lake Michigan breeze while watching the amazing sunsets, sunrises, and even a triple rainbow! The beds were very comfortable, the windows were lovely for 360 lake views, and the private community was great for short fall walks. We will absolutely be back and will remember this trip for a long time.

My wife and I stayed this last week. We literally had the best time and enjoyed doing absolutely nothing, but being together in a very peaceful and relaxing environment. Drinking coffee each morning and hearing the waves crashing into the rocks was so peaceful. It was super clean and they had just about everything you needed to cook a meal. The bed was super comfortable. I just can’t say enough about how amazing this place is. Well worth the money. Amanda was very responsive and replied to anything we asked. We definitely will be back, probably bring the whole family next time. If your looking for somewhere to relax and just take in the sunsets each night and just enjoy the beauty of Lake Michigan, this is as good as it gets!! Thank you guys for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. See y’all again soon!
