This place was nothing like what I expected based on past reviews. The safety is questionable as there is only a lock on the outside gate, then there's a small outdoor porch area, and then the actual door to get into the house. There's no way to lock the actual entrance door, so someone can easily jump over the gate into the porch area and then enter the house (which we actually had to do one night as we could not get the outside gate door to unlock.) There were also insects everywhere in the kitchen and around the house, most likely because there were a couple of broken windows and the door to access the rear patio area was not completely sealed. The railing to get to the 3rd floor was broken which was also a safety hazard. While the location was decent, this house needs some serious repairs, pest control, and most importantly, a lock on the entrance door of the home.

La casa mil veces mejor que en las fotos, la calle es muy tranquila pero al mismo tiempo cerca de todo ideal para estar cerca de todo pero al mismo tiempo un espacio donde descansar de ruidos. Me encanto sin duda regresaría.

The house was even better than the pictures & description! Lots of space, it’s perfect for a big group. The neighborhood was also perfect - far enough from the busy areas so it’s quiet, but also close enough to walk to restaurants & bars in Condesa or Roma Norte. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time at Brenda's place. We had plenty of space and everything felt comfortable. Wonderful place for a big group!
