Arriving during daylight is advisable for easy access. Alejandro was prepared to assist, even though my flights were significantly delayed, providing guidance through videos. The unit will easily pass the allowance during the heat of summer but the rate is reasonable and based on the provider. While my stay was curtailed due to external factors, the resulting issues were resolved.

We really enjoyed our time at the airbnb. Clean, hosts were very nice, complimentary jug of water. Airbnb is in a quiet area, a little far from the quieter beaches, but close to downtown if that is what you are looking for. It is a little off the main road which made walking at night a little intimidating but we didn't have any issues at all. We weren't staying out too late, but getting home right around dark most nights. Very friendly people living around the airbnb, and right next to a nice park. Bed was a bit stiff but after a night or two we stopped noticing at all. Airbnb is a little smaller than we expected but it was still a great size for us. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, fast air conditioning, and beautiful patio! Thanks for the stay! We had a great time in Playa Del Carmen!

Me sentí muy bien y cómoda en este lugar, el departamento es lindo, grande y con todo lo que se puede necesitar para una estadía muy agradable. Muy tranquilo y con vista verde pero al mismo tiempo muy cerca de la zona turística y la playa. Alejandro es muy buen anfitrión, siempre pendiente, muy amable, siempre me ayudo, respondió todas mis preguntas y me dio recomendaciones de cosas para hacer. Me sentí como en casa, Recomiendo mucho el lugar .

We had a wonderful time in Playa del Carmen at Maria and Alejandro's place! The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, and from walking distance to everything. Alejandro was a great host, very reactive, and gave us good local recommendations. The wifi was great; we were able to connect to zoom meetings during our stay without any issues. The kitchen amenities were a bit limited but the kitchen was overall well equipped (gaz stove, microwave, big fridge, etc as per description), and we were able to cook our breakfast there everyday. The terrasse outside was a big plus. Overall, a very nice appartment in a beautiful setting. Muchas gracias Alejandro!
