My girlfriend and I decided to book a place last minute to spend a couple days in a different place with our kids, we found jay’s place and it was what we needed. It was a very clean and comfortable place to be in and the kids were comfortable as well. We were in pretty good distance from places we wanted to take the kids to so it worked out. I would book again.

I had multiple problems with the stay. The garbage disposal stank and I fixed it myself. The washer struggled to fill up with water, the dryer took 3-4 runs to dry my clothes. The ac was completely turned off. The shower clogged and left standing water for days and maintenance never came to fix, I fixed myself. I was charged $250 for a parking pass that is free. I forgot to put the pass in my dash one night and was towed immediately since they don’t file your license plate. They watered down the hand soap and dish soap which is nothing compared to the other issues but just added to the list of upsetting things.

Jay’s place is just as described. It was clean and what we expected. We could not find the fob to use the amenities (pool and workout room). We reported it to Jay and he responded quickly and ordered one from the leasing office. The upstairs neighbors were up late and back up very early in the AM. They were a bit loud. This might not be the right place for you if you are a light sleeper.
