Kevin's place is the perfect distance between the ski hill and the town, very close to both. His place provided ample room for our March Break ski group. He did a great job at meeting our needs during our stay.

5 stars! Great location and great space for multiple families. Loved the hot tub and fireplace. Will definitely come back for winter and/or summer trip.

Amazing home, very spacious and clean. 13 people fit comfortably. Highly recommend and would come back :)

We had a group of 11 of us stay at Kevin’s this past weekend. The house was a little bit if a walk to downtown (20ish min) / the Olympic village and about a 15 min drive to Whiteface. The location was perfect for us. The house was also very clean and exactly as described in the photos. It was also nice half the bedrooms were upstairs and the other down to give everyone their space. Would definitely recommend to bigger groups visiting the Placid area!
