Board games, card games, books, documentation on the region, coloured pencils and paper are also available. - Adjacent to the living room is a study area. - A dining room opening onto the kitchen with a dining table for 6 and two picture windows giving direct access to the garden. - A large, modern kitchen with a central island and stools, opening onto the living room and fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, etc... - A utility room with sink, hoover, iron, clothes line and washing machine. - Bedroom 1: suite with double bed (140x190) and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin. - Separate WC.
