You are looking for a relaxed place of well-being amidst nature? Laurus Residence is your family-run domicile in Istria in the north of Croatia It is located in the hilly and green countryside of Istria, the so-called „Tuscany of Croatia“. It sits right outside of the city of Buje. A spacious house with 77sqm of space. It is newly furnished as well, with a kitchenette, an open living space, air conditioning, WiFi, a bedroom with a double bed, a second single bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The house has its own terrace and a barbecue area. Enjoy walking around through the 800sqm garden with palms, olive trees and huge oaks. A cleaning fee of 60,-€ applies. On arrival you will have to put down a deposit of 100,-€.

Lovely spacious property, everything you require for a relaxing and comfortable stay. all completely fenced and gated, ideal for furry friends and over-reactive & active GSD's! Great hosts, Annette & Peter on hand, close-by and responsive with any questions, they also take great pride and effort in ensuring the property is immaculate. We had a 3 day family wedding at San Canzian Hotel, just 5kms up the road, easily accessible and ideal location.
Annette und Piotr sind äußerst freundliche, aufmerksame und großzügige Gastgeber. Das Häuschen ist genau das Richtige, wenn man einmal so richtig abschalten möchte. Es ist komfortabel und modern eingerichtet und bietet eine überdachte Veranda mit Grill. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, das Bad blitzsauber, das Schlafzimmer top. Nicht zuletzt bietet es ein schönes Arbeitszimmer- man kann also auch nur zu 98% abschalten ;) Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.
Eine klare Empfehlung ☺️ Die Unterkunft punktet mit der grandiosen Lage aber auch mit der modernen und komfortablen Ausstattung. Es ist wirklich schön dort, weshalb wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt haben. Super cool sind die Klimaanlagen im Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Wer Freude an verschiedenen Naturgegebenheiten hat, ist hier mehr als richtig. Gewohnt haben wir in einem Waldgebiet direkt in den Weinbergen, mit schöner Fahrrad- und Wanderstrecke. Die Wege zum Meer, mit schönen außergewöhnlichen Stränden und spektakulären Altstädten waren schön nah. Ein rundum erfolgreicher Urlaub ☺️
Prima uitvalsbasis om Istrië en de Sloveense kust te ontdekken. Huisje was zeer net en supervriendelijke hosts.
Tolle, gemütliche Unterkunft an ruhiger Lage, perfekt um die schöne Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kommunikation mit Annette war super unkompliziert und wir wurden für den Check-in sogar persönlich empfangen.

Laurus Residence is only 10 to 15 minutes away from the sea by car and lies amidst the magnificent countryside of Istria. Motovun and Groznjan, two idyllic castle and artists‘ cities, are situated near-by and are always worth a visit.
For connoisseurs and gourmets we recommend the so-called “Konobas”. These are local and oftentimes small restaurants in the back country or at the sea with a local and mediterranean kitchen.
In close proximity you will find wineries, olive oil mills or truffle shops, which invite you to partake in tastings. We will happily recommend you our favorites.
You are looking for something more like an active holiday? Then you will enjoy hiking or cycling tours along the famous La Parenzana trail, which runs in immediate proximity of our residence.

Annette, Piotr & Hugo Annette & Piotr sind privat und beruflich ein Paar. Die Stylistin und ehemalige Werberin und der Vertriebler haben schon vor vielen Jahren ihre Liebe zu Istrien entdeckt und Landschaft, Küche und Kultur ausgiebig erkundet. Nun haben sich die Deutsche und der gebürtige Pole ein zweites Zuhause in Istrien erschaffen. Ihr treuer Begleiter ist der fast 50-jährige Citroën Super Ami, den Annette liebevoll Hugo (Hügo gesprochen) getauft hat und den Piotr als Autoliebhaber treu hegt und pflegt. Die Beiden lieben die Natur und sind wahre Genußmenschen. Annette und Piotr möchten ihre Leidenschaft für diese wunderschöne Landschaft, gutes Essen & guten Wein, Farben & Düfte mit anderen Menschen teilen. Gerne verraten sie dir ihre Lieblingsorte und -plätze. Ihr Ziel ist es, dass du dich wohl und wie zuhause fühlst. Ankommen, ausatmen und entspannen. Annette & Piotr are in private and professionally a couple. The stylist as well as former marketing manager and the business man discovered their love for Istria many years ago, whilst exploring countryside, culture and kitchen. Now the german and the native-born polish have build themselves a second home in Istria. Their faithful companion is a 50 years old Citroën Super Ami, which Annette has lovingly named Hugo (french pronounciation). Hugo is kept in shape by Piotr who is a car enthusiast. Piotr and Annette love nature and are true epicureans. Both would like to share their passion for this marvelous countryside, good food & wine, colours & scents with other people. They will gladly reveal their favorite places and spots to you. Their goal is for you to feel comfortable as well as at home. Arrive, exhale and relax.
