Amazing stay!

Loved the area and how quiet and green it was! The lodging was quaint and well decorated. Unfortunately for us, it was a cold, wet, windy day which posed some challenges - lots of mud, drafty windows and doors, rain found its way onto the floor from blowing sideways. Some of these are environmental and it is what is it. The mini split did not work, but because of drafts, the provided space heater was difficult to set to maintain a comfortable temperature in the main home and the mini outlet heater in the bathroom was non functional which made cold/wet trips to the bathroom, even more uncomfortable. There were also dead bugs on the windowsills; re: drafty and gaps in the doors and windows. As others have mentioned, the cat did show up! Super soft and friendly but did whine by the front door almost all night and part of the next morning. That coupled with a mattress that is super soft and springy and temp issues, it was a rough night for us.

A farm experience that is the most accommodating!!! All I can say is, WOW! I’m I allowed to pick favorites? Love this host
