Lovely stay in a beautiful, historic building. It was brilliant getting to stay amongst history in a location that was a bit off the beaten path. The architecture of the building was amazing. As vegetarians, finding local food was a a struggle but we went to a lovely cafe and got some ingredients and cooked some relaxed meals at home. The locals at the station were incredibly helpful and kind helping us navigate the bus and trains. Rehan was a very responsive and helpful host. The scenery and river surrounding the town was also beautiful - in fact, my partner chose the banks of the Ichi River to propose to me! :)

母の葬儀のため孫一家が１泊しました。孫家族全員非常に気に入ったと言っています。特に五右衛門風呂が貴重な体験で、小学校の曽孫が喜んでいました。 また是非利用したいと思います。

Une très belle maison dans un bel endroit. Un vrai coup de cœur, je remercie le host de mettre disponible une maison comme celle-là, nous gardons de très bons souvenirs de notre voyage grâce à cette expérience. La maison dépassait nos attentes, nous avons eu la chance d’essayer le kotatsu pour la première fois et le bain traditionnel. Je recommande aux visiteurs de sortir des grandes villes et de visiter Ikuno. Merci encore!

Es un lugar perfecto para descansar, pintoresco y encantador. Sin duda una experiencia diferente. Cuesta un poco llegar al alojamiento y el pueblo es pequeño, hay algún que otro restaurante y un supermercado muy completo. Si el precio no fuera tan alto nos habríamos quedado mas días.
