Beautiful One-room Villa at Zicatela Beach, just one block from the beach sand, for two people with all services included. In the same neighbour hood of Zicatela Market. Is a one-room house-villa with a kitchen, a living with an office and a bathroom. It shares the garden with other two houses. The place is 100% private for the guests. King size bed or two individual beds are avaible, with Airconditioning.

The location is good and as described, in a quiet area just below the Mercado de Zicatela and midway between the Beach clubs and Brisas de Zicatela. The kitchen was ok. (The absolute basics but no wine opener.) Outside, construction work is underway with a cement mixer 7 meters from the bedroom and knocking from dusk till dawn (apart from on Sunday’s). The pool was not in order and there is nothing to sit on outdoors. But it didn’t do anything cause the neighbor's dog is a nerve wreck and barking continuously. No hammock, no shampoo but a fresh soap. Friendly neighbors.
Perfect location. Right below the market where you’ll find great restaurants with ocean view and all sorts of local shops. It’s super close to the beach but in a quiet and secure area at the sake time. The house is very comfortable. We recommend renting a scooter to get around from place to place.
Great place to stay, extremely clean and tidy. Everything is new, and Alex is a great host. He is always looking for ways to improve the experience for guests, and that is the best quality a host could have. The house is in a great location right next to Playa Zicatela. It has everything you could need. AC, WIFI, Secure access. I would definitely recommend this property, 5 Stars!!
I stayed in Alejandros place for 2 nights and was happy to hear I was his first Airbnb guest. The place is in a perfect location close to the beach and bars and restaurants but not so close that you hear any of the noise. There is also a house just a few doors down for all your snack and beer needs. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable. The house was recently built so everything is brand new and clean. It has a hammock inside which is perfect for relaxing while still staying nice and cool indoors. It has a great and spacious kitchen for all your cooking needs with all updated appliances. The bed was very comfortable with the air conditioning keeping me nice and cool all night. Very happy with my stay there and will definitely be looking on staying there when im back in Puerto Escondido. I fully recommend this location you will not be disappointed. Alejandro himself is a very nice and cool guy who is available to contact if you have any problems and will happily do what he can to help. Is the end a of road street, a very private place, in front of the sea, just one block of the beach sand. On the other side, we have the Zicatela Market where you could find food and other supplies.
You could arrive and let your car on the end of the road street without any problem. The two surrounded streets are the two principal streets on Puerto Escondido, called del morro on Zicatela and in the back of the Zicatela market La Carretera Costera.
